I love this organization!
I love this place! Their is one similar to this in Thailand, <3 my FAHmily! ;)
We just came by to learn more about your facility. We are a family who recently moved to Tybee island. We wanted to see what you would be in need of, what we could do to help out. We were meet with volunteers who were full of happy working spirit. They were busy cleaning, painting, getting ready for the summer weeks ahead. The facility looks clean and inviting, every thing is orderly. We are looking forward to hear the laughter and play of the children who come to the summer home.
I am in search of a camp for my daughter, age 5, and my son, age 4. I work as a instructor for individuals with developmental and mental disabilties part-time and cannot afford to send them to most of the camps here in Savannah while going through a separation. Is there anyone who can tell me if there are still openings in this camp for 2013?
how do you volunteer to be a worker at the fresh air home? I loved it when I was a child!
My name is Macalah and im 13. My brothers (Warran & Landon) and I want to go to camp FAH. This would be our first time going and it seems relay fun. So how can i find out if there is still any open spots in the camp that we can fill in, if so please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
My son is at camp this session. I would love to see more pictures on the blog. I'm sure he is having a great time playing and making new friends. This us his first overnight camp and he is missed.
I used to attend this camp as a child. I went from the time I was 6 until I was 11 every summer. I have some great memories of this place. I think it is great what they have and offer for the underprivaledged kids. I would love to be a volunteer and to give back all that the Fresh Air Home has given to me!!

i really like fah camp i think it is a good experience my only complaint is that as i go to scroll on pics of my children that attended this year 2013 session two on the blog there are only four to five pics to view and only one of my kids are viewed in one of the pics and i can barely see her as where other sessions have quite a few i would like to be able to view my children's adventures also and i would like to know if this can be corrected this is very important to me it was one of my kids last time going and one of kids first time going to camp please help me with this thank you
Hi my two kids are there this summer also and i cant find any pics, was wondering where you saw the few mentioned above??
Back in the 30's, I believe your home was also where my mother spent time as her mom could not afford to care for her (it was the Depression). Is there a list of those children who stayed full time for financial reasons?
The subsequent time I read a weblog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as a lot as this 1. I mean, I know it was my option to read, but I truly thought youd have something attention-grabbing to say. All I hear is actually a bunch of whining about something which you possibly can repair really should you werent too busy on the lookout for attention.
Our clogging group has performed for the children for more than 10 years. However, every year we have difficulty reaching anyone to schedule a time. We have been trying to make contact through phone numbers and emails that we have used in the past, but have had no success this year. I see that you are already in the second session, so our opportunities to come to you are diminishing every day.
Please contact me at the email above to see if there is still a possibility for this summer. If not, please give us contact numbers for next year. It would be a shame to let this drop, as the children really enjoy our performances and they are one of our favorite audiences.
What's the website for the pics I can't remember
I was able to access the blog and see pictures yesterday but now it says the blog has been removed. Why is this no longer working?
It's a shame that the blog was removed. I was looking forward to peeking in on my boys' adventures during their first summer camp experience.
Is the website down ? Or did they do a new one I would really enjoy looking at session 3 camp! Can someone please help? Forgetmenot31307@gmail.com
When you go to the website email@example.com if you select the down arrow and select cached it will show the pictures.

Is session4 not going to be on the FAH summer blog website?? I would love to see what there doing.. the website is not working
Would love to see pics of my girls having some fun at camp.....
I spent some of the best summers of my life working at the Fresh Air Home! I loved the children, the program and it's mission so much! It as always held such a special place in my heart and I have so many fond memories! I would love to get back involved and help in some way, and find a way to give back to this amazing organization that has had such an impact on my life.
I was there in '67 or '68... it was one of the two (probably the earlier).
It was an amazing, enriching and fulfilling experience that I will never forget.
If I could turn back the hands of time, that would be one of my first replays!
Glad to see that the Fresh Air Home is still in operation! Keep up the great work and God Bless!
My son has been going to the Fresh Air Home for 4 years now.. We absolutely LOVE it! It is just sad that this will be his last year. Until he figures out how to become a councilor!

Do you have any spots available? I left several messages but haven't heard back from anyone. Please let me know. Thank you so much!
Last year there was a webpage that we could check to see pictures of each session. Is there one this year?

How much is fah?
I am looking to see if my children's registration was received and if we will expect a packet about the July 18 2016 session.
Thank you! :)
My husband and I walked by your place today during our vacation in Tybee and it looked like some sort of lovely children's place. I 'Googled' it later.
I'm wondering - is this the Episcopal King's Daughters (Christian) organization?
IF SO, as a Christian, I'm also wondering why the website doesn't focus more on sharing the GOSPEL/CHRIST, rather than simply on the type of things secular organizations ALSO provide (which are also nice).
However, YOU as Christians can provide so much more - and if you do, you should get the WORD out!!!
Do not be ashamed of the Gospel! (Romans 1:16)
I enjoyed reading about the history of your camp and remember spending time at our family camp as a child. It is something every child should have access too. Thanks for your hard work and for caring about children. They truly are our future. May God Bless the camp, the volunteers and all of the little campers.
Ia this a real camp where i dont have to worry. Like if my baby would ever return home? And why are thy not allowed to call home instead write, to a P.O box diffrent from the camp site where they would be sleeping? The site does not give enough information for any child any age group to be allowed to live away from home without a welcome tour of the camp site to give 1st time parents would feel comfortable and to trust this camp whom we put our children in they care for 2 weeks.this is my 1st time ever hearing of this type of camp and my son has been accepted but im very nervous about this
Hey Charmaine! My three boys have went to this camp for the last two years, and I can honestly say that they LOVE LOVE LOVE it! My husband and his sister attended this camp as young children and I've heard nothing but positive things about it. At the end of the school year, the first thing my kids were asking was, "Do we get to go back to camp this year?!" which is awesome for us. We can't afford to send our kids to camps with their churches, or even with the schools and this camp has honestly had the most positive affect on my kids and I'm so grateful. Your son would LOVE this!
